Which credit cards will I be able to accept?

Visa and MasterCard acceptance are included with all of our company accounts. We also have special enrollment programs for American Express and Discover. You may request additional cards on your company application, or ask one of our representatives for details.

How long does it take to set up a company account?

It generally takes 1-2 business days to establish a company account. That time may vary depending on several factors such as completeness of the application submitted, accuracy of the information provided, and the processing volume requested.

Does DigiPro Pay handle PCI compliance issues?

Digi Pro Payments offers e-commerce payment solutions that protect buyer’s credit card information.

What are DigiPro Pay fees?

All new accounts incur a one-time $7 set up fee. There is a 2.9% flat rate plus $0.25 per each transaction fee, with no monthly fees on payment processing.

How do I get started?

The process is easy. First, you select the plan that is right for you. Then follow the prompts to select a template and your PTIN Directory information will be automatically added. Then fill out a payment application online which requires minimal information. This application will be emailed to you with a welcome letter. You can immediately login and manage your profile and site settings. Optionally, you can customize your URL for an additional fee to match your existing website.

When will the funds become available in my account?

Funds are deposited into your account within 48 hours.

DigiPro Pay is the official payments program provider to PTIN directory. DigiPro Pay works directly with DigiPro Media , the official website solutions provider to PTIN directory members, to ensure online payment solutions are set up properly.
